Job Description

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Trainer for Beauticians, Doctors, Therapists in Beauty clinics
• Have good knowledge and hand skills in beauty care
• Know and be able to operate treatment machines
• Knowledge of beauty products, skin care, and skin & body care
• Public and interpersonal speaking skills
• Ability to manage the entire business training process (Understanding the treatment process, time management, data, and organization skills)
• Presentation skills and processing data for reports
• Microsoft office skills (Required: Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Additional certification in training is a plus
• Master the Bahasa Malaysia language both spoken and written.

• Create a Calendar of Training (annual)
• Prepare Product Knowledge material that will be given to training participants
• Check and update the forms that trainers will use in training activities.
• Checking and updating the test questions that will be given to training participants.
• Create new treatment material based on the modules provided by Company
• Conduct product knowledge, SOP and Grooming refreshment training
• Teaching and providing evaluation of hands-on training participants (Facial massage, Body massage, and Aesthetic Machines) for new employees, refreshment, and new treatment launch
• Create, design and update hands-on training modules/SOPs
• Back-up product knowledge\'s trainer
• Make evaluations and reports, manage databases, evaluate and analyze (review) training implementation
• Collaborate with the Area Manager and Medical Treatment to review and organize Beautician, Therapist, Nurse skill improvement programs
• Develop training programs in accordance with technical skills for massage/facility and body (hands-on) treatment innovation in accordance with market trends.
