Job Responsibility JOB SUMMARY Responsible to achieve personal sales target set by company through excellent professional skin care service (both technical and consultation). Work diligently with the team to ensure harmonious and smooth salon operation. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Perform laser treatments to customers Provide skin consultation, introduce appropriate treatment packages to customers Introduce and recommend appropriate products to customers Reaching out to potential customers via leaflets, flyers or brochures etc. Build rapport with customers, maintain positive relationship and interaction with customers Follow up with customers, encourage customers for frequent treatments to ensure better result Update and maintain treatment records Answer phone call and assist in front desk Attend to customer enquiry and maintain good customer care and services Assist to monitor inventory movement including retail & professional stock as well as miscellaneous items Other administrative tasks upon request to ensure smooth operations as part of the team.
