Beauty Consultant, No hard selling, Work in Singapore, Extra Commission, No experience required Starting pay of SGD 2800-3500 Robust learning framework & great mentors Job Duties:
- Ascertain needs of customers and greet them pleasantly.
- Learn and maintain sales and promotion practices and policies on exchanges, payment and security.
- Make recommendations on products, treatments and packages to customers
- Provide excellent customer service with professional touch
- Play an active role in customer referral and retention
- Frontline duties e.g. appointment making, reception, customer service, etc
- Perform housekeeping duties and maintain the cleanliness of the outlet
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Team player, who values teamwork and has good team-building skills
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
- Degree in any field
