Due to their recent newly launched organic Brand in the market, they are currently seeking qualified enthusiastic individuals with an attitude to delivery and a passion for beauty/skincare to join the team.

Position: Beauty Consultant - Full Time

Petaling Jaya; Bandar Utama

Job Responsibilities:

Provide professional consultation to customers on skincare products according to their skin needs and concerns. Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, including ingredients, benefits, and application techniques. Deliver personalized customer service to build long-term relationships and customer loyalty. Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling skills and upselling/cross-selling techniques. Assist in visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and overall upkeep of the store to ensure a premium brand image. Participate in promotional activities, events, and product launches to enhance customer engagement. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer preferences, and feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or retail sales is an added advantage (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Passionate about skincare and customer service with a strong interest in organic beauty products. Positive, proactive, and sales-driven personality with good communication skills. Ability to speak multiple languages (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin) is a plus. Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Remuneration package:

Basic RM 2,000.00 - RM 2,200.00 Grooming Allowance RM 100.00 15% Employer EPF Contribution Product Claim (RM 4800/annum) Staff Purchase - 50% OT Applicable Commission Average (RM 1,500.00 - RM 3,500.00/month) 16 days annual leave 5-6 days work/week 6 days' off/ month 7.5 hours work and 1 hour break/day Shift 10.00am - 6.30pm, 1.30pm - 10.00pm
