We're looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our friendly, professional team at a leading aesthetic and skincare centre. Whether you're a skilled beautician or a natural leader ready to manage a team, we want to meet you!
What We're Looking For:

• 2-5 years of experience in the beauty, aesthetic, or medispa industry
• Well-groomed, friendly, and confident in communication
• Skilled in customer consultation and sales closing
• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an advantage
• Strong leadership and team management skills (for Manager position)

Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities:

• Perform facial and advanced skincare treatments
• Recommend suitable skincare products and treatment packages
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment area
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Upsell services and meet monthly sales targets
• Manage front desk operations and handle appointment bookings
• Lead and supervise team members (Manager role only)
