Assist customers in choosing products that match their needs, skin type, and preferences.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat sales.
Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry knowledge.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Ensure product displays are neat, attractive, and fully stocked.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Conduct skin consultations, mini makeovers, or product trials as required.
Adhere to company grooming, hygiene, and service standards.
Requirements :
Minimum SPM or equivalent (Diploma in Beauty / Cosmetology is an advantage).
Passionate about beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
Sales-driven and customer-oriented.
Able to start as soon as possible
Experience in retail or beauty industry is an added advantage.
