Provide beauty and skincare consultation to customers at Watsons stores.
Recommend suitable products according to customers' skin type, concerns, and preferences.
Conduct product demonstrations, including makeup or skincare application techniques.
Ensure the beauty section is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
Achieve monthly individual and store sales targets.
Build long-term customer relationships to increase brand loyalty.
Keep up to date with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and promotions.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and approach customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Promote and explain product benefits, ingredients, and proper usage.
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support when needed.
Handle product inquiries, returns, or complaints politely and efficiently.
Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment and merchandising.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Diploma or Certificate in Beauty, Cosmetology, or related field is an added advantage.
Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or retail sales preferred (training provided).
Passionate about beauty and helping customers feel confident.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
Able to work on shift hours, weekends, and public holidays.
Team player with a positive attitude and sales-driven mindset.
