Job description :

Greet and engage customers warmly, building rapport to understand their skincare needs. Provide expert advice on products, benefits, and proper usage techniques. Actively promote skincare and beauty products to drive sales. Demonstrate products, such as testing textures or applying samples to customers. Maintain a professional image and represent the brand's values. Educate customers about the brand's philosophy and skincare range. Record daily sales and prepare reports for the manager. Track customer feedback to improve services. Handle any customer complaints or issues professionally. Continuously improve skincare and sales techniques.
