Beauty Consultant (Therapist)

Salary:

RM2,500 - RM3,500 (excluding commission)
Overtime pay & attendance allowance provided
Uniform provided | Staff purchase for products & treatments | Company trip | 5-day work week

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate

Beauty Consultant / Therapist

to join our professional team. You'll be working closely with clients to provide personalized consultations, beauty treatments, and product recommendations ensuring every client leaves with confidence and satisfaction.

Work Locations:

Bangsar / Mont Kiara / Melaka

Working Hours:

Weekdays: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Weekends: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM 5 working days per week*

?Travel required when necessary for training

Key Responsibilities

Client Care

Build strong rapport and lasting client relationships. Follow up with clients after treatments or purchases. Provide professional beauty and product consultations. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Explain treatments/procedures clearly to close sales confidently. Advise clients on suitable aftercare and product usage. Respond promptly to customer calls or messages.

Outlet & Team Responsibilities

Maintain clinic cleanliness and perform daily housekeeping duties. Support front desk duties: registration, appointment scheduling, billing, etc. Promote teamwork and uphold company values and service culture. Assist the Branch Manager with reports and operational support. Ensure daily dispensary and treatment notes are updated. Collaborate with the team to achieve outlet sales targets. Participate in meetings and share ideas to enhance performance.

Requirements

Minimum

1 year of experience

as a Beauty Consultant or in a similar role. Excellent communication skills in

Mandarin

English

, and

Malay

(Mandarin is essential as most clients are Chinese).*
Female candidates aged

20 - 35 years old

. Well-groomed, professional, and client-oriented personality. Able to work independently and achieve sales targets. Willing to travel for training or events when required.
