Responsibility

Sales & Beauty Service

Offer personalized guidance to customers on beauty products & services. Assess individual needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Deliver excellent customer service - Smile, Greet & Offer Basket! Handle customer queries professionally and offer expert beauty advice. Provide beauty services such as express makeovers, skin checks, and gift wrapping. Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling of company products and promotions.

Makeup Artist Responsibilities (Special Roles)

Apply expert makeup with precision, delivering impeccable and enduring results. Provide personalized beauty consultations, understanding customer preferences to recommend the best makeup and skincare products. Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized. Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends and product knowledge.
