Responsibility

Sales & Beauty Service

Offer personalized guidance to customers on beauty products & services.

Assess individual needs and provide tailored product recommendations.

Deliver excellent customer service - Smile, Greet & Offer Basket!

Handle customer queries professionally and offer expert beauty advice.

Provide beauty services such as express makeovers, skin checks, and gift wrapping.

Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling of company products and promotions.

Makeup Artist Responsibilities (Special Roles)

Perform professional makeup applications, ensuring flawless and long-lasting results.

Provide personalized beauty consultations, understanding customer preferences to recommend the best makeup and skincare products.

Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized.

Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product knowledge.
