Beauty Product Specialist

Responsibilities:

Provide professional consultation to customers on beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products. Demonstrate product usage, techniques, and benefits to enhance customer experience. Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective product recommendations. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product knowledge, and industry developments. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism. Maintain attractive product displays and ensure stock levels are sufficient. Support in organizing promotions, beauty workshops, or in-store events. Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on customer preferences and product performance. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to maximize brand presence.

Requirements:

Passionate about beauty, cosmetics, and skincare. Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification. Experience in beauty, retail, or sales is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome). Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven, proactive, and able to work in a team-oriented environment. Pleasant personality with a professional image. Willing to work as soon as possible
