JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused

Beauty Sales Consultant cum Receptionist

to join our team. This role combines sales expertise with front desk responsibilities, ensuring an excellent client experience while driving sales and business growth. The ideal candidate should have a passion for beauty, strong sales skills, and exceptional customer service abilities.

1. Sales & Consultation:

Provide expert beauty consultations to clients based on their needs and skin type. Recommend and promote suitable beauty treatments, skincare, and products. Achieve and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling services/products. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Stay updated on the Products.

2. Front Desk & Reception Duties:

Greet and welcome clients with professionalism and warmth. Manage appointment bookings, schedule treatments, and coordinate with beauty therapists. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.

Requirements:

Previous experience in beauty sales, retail, or a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of skincare, beauty treatments, and wellness services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and customer service skills with a results-driven mindset. Proficiency in using salon booking systems and basic computer skills. Fluent in English/Bahasa Malaysia
