Job Description
Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs within an organization to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and goals.
- Design, develop, and update training materials, modules, and curriculum.
- Create engaging and effective training content, including presentations, e-learning materials, and workshops.
- Conduct training sessions for employees, new hires, and teams in head office.
- Travel to outlets from time to time in order to evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, quizzes, and feedback mechanisms
- Continuously assess employee skills and knowledge gaps and adjust training programs accordingly.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willing to travel.
- Candidate with ability to communicate in Mandarin have added advantages.
