Job Description

Ensure safe and timely transportation for guests while delivering courteous service and maintaining vehicles to company standards. Support luggage handling and coordinate with resort staff to enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Transportation:

Safely driving guests to and from various locations and providing timely service.

Customer Service:

Offering a warm welcome, assisting with luggage, providing information about the hotel and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable ride.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Performing regular checks on the company vehicle's condition, including cleanliness, fluid levels, and tire pressure, and reporting any maintenance needs.

Communication:

Effectively communicating with guests and hotel staffs.

Safety Compliance:

Adhering to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License:

A clean driving record is essential.

Education :

SPM and above.

Excellent Driving Skills:

Safe and efficient driving in various conditions.

Customer Service Skills:

Friendly, courteous, and helpful.

Communication Skills:

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and colleagues.

Physical Fitness:

Ability to assist guests with luggage and potentially stand for extended periods.

Basic Vehicle Maintenance:

Understanding of routine vehicle maintenance checks.

Professionalism:

Presenting a professional image and maintaining a clean and presentable appearance.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to address unexpected situations or guest needs effectively.

Time Management:

Ability to manage schedules and ensure timely arrivals and departures.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
