Job Description
Responsible for safely transporting guests, ensuring a positive guest experience through excellent customer service and company vehicle maintenance. May also assist with luggage and coordinate with resort staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Transportation:
Safely driving guests to and from various locations and providing timely service.Customer Service:
Offering a warm welcome, assisting with luggage, providing information about the hotel and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable ride.Vehicle Maintenance:
Performing regular checks on the company vehicle's condition, including cleanliness, fluid levels, and tire pressure, and reporting any maintenance needs.Communication:
Effectively communicating with guests and hotel staffs.Safety Compliance:
Adhering to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.Skills and Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License:
A clean driving record is essential.Education :
SPM and above.Excellent Driving Skills:
Safe and efficient driving in various conditions.Customer Service Skills:
Friendly, courteous, and helpful.Communication Skills:
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and colleagues.Physical Fitness:
Ability to assist guests with luggage and potentially stand for extended periods.Basic Vehicle Maintenance:
Understanding of routine vehicle maintenance checks.Professionalism:
Presenting a professional image and maintaining a clean and presentable appearance.Problem-Solving:
Ability to address unexpected situations or guest needs effectively.Time Management:
