You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to the guests. The Bellman is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests and ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience from arrival to departure, maintaining high standards of hospitality, and working closely with the front office teams.
Qualification
Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Professional appearance and demeanour, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational, and multitasking abilities.
