Job Summary

:

The Bellman is responsible for providing exceptional

guest service

by assisting with luggage handling, transportation arrangements and general guest inquiries. This position plays a key role in ensuring guests experience a warm welcome upon arrival and a courteous farewell upon departure, reflecting the hotel's commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests upon arrival and bid them farewell upon departure in a professional and courteous manner. Assist guests with luggage, ensuring safe handling and prompt delivery to or from guest rooms. Escort guests to their rooms while providing information regarding hotel facilities, amenities, and services. Assist with transportation arrangements, including taxis, valet parking and other requests as required. Deliver packages, messages and other items to guest rooms in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby, entrance and bell desk area. Support the

Front Office

and Concierge team in attending to guest needs and inquiries. Uphold hotel standards and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and professional service at all times.

Job Requirements

:

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry is preferred. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia additional languages are an advantage. Pleasant personality, professional grooming and strong customer service orientation. Physically fit and able to handle luggage and stand for long periods. Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
