\xe2\x97\x8f Greet arriving and departing guests, assist them with their luggage, and transport luggage to and from guest rooms or vehicles. \xe2\x97\x8f Provide information about the hotel\'s amenities, services, and local attractions. Answer guest inquiries and offer recommendations
for dining, entertainment, and transportation. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain the safety and security of guests\' belongings by handling luggage with care and ensuring it reaches the appropriate destination. \xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with front desk staff, concierge, and other hotel personnel to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures. \xe2\x97\x8f Provide exceptional customer service, including a friendly and professional demeanor, and ensure that guests\' needs and requests
are promptly addressed. \xe2\x97\x8f Arrange transportation for guests, such as calling taxis or providing information about shuttle services and public transportation. \xe2\x97\x8f Handle valet parking services, if applicable, by parking and retrieving guests\' vehicles. \xe2\x97\x8f Keep the lobby area clean and tidy, including assisting with opening doors for guests and maintaining the overall appearance
