Responsible for delivery of Benefits Administration functions and activities in accordance with the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s policies and guidelines.
Work closely with Manager and team members to achieve agreed SLA
To carry out any other duties as directed by Management.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Functional (job responsibilities)
Processing of Staff Loans Application and issuance of Letter of Offer.
Coordinate and administering Group Scholarship application.
Processing payment for Medical and Staff Insurance Invoices
Administer Group Term Life and Group Personal Accident insurance policy enrolment, claims and payment of annual premium.
Processing of SOCSO & DOSH claims and inquiries.
Administer medical benefits program for enrolment and termination of benefits.
Processing staff request for Prolonged Illness Leave.
Act as the country Leave Administrator in charge of all leave entitlement and enhancement activities and requests.
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
Provide support and back up for HR Helpdesk on handling calls and email inquiries.
Active participation in team/unit and department activities inculcates close team relationships among team mates.
Regularly contributes ideas for work and workplace improvement.
Foster and sustain team spirit culture in workplace to promote harmony and synergy.
Requirements:
Malaysian citizen
Diploma/ Degree Holders in any field
At least one-year relevant working experience in Benefits Admin or HR Shared Service environment
Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia (3rd language is an added advantage)
Able to articulate effortlessly
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Contract Contract length: 12 months Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
