It is essential to ensure a quiet and secure environment. This position is open to most locations within Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand & Indonesia. The calls may involve simple or complex, non-technical or technical subjects in Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement and General BusinessFor the role, we are proposing as per below expectations:\xc2\xb7 Fluent in English\xc2\xb7 Fluent in Bengali (Read & Write)\xc2\xb7 Must be working from home\xc2\xb7 Need own laptop / PC with webcam (training purpose)\xc2\xb7 Own internet 5MB download and 3MB upload (stable Wi-Fi connection- fibre optic, cable modem, DSL)\xc2\xb7 Own Mobile phone with Android 12 and above or IOS 15 and above\xc2\xb7 Must be willing to work rotating shift for 9 hours anytime following the required schedule by the client within 24 hours (Night Shift)\xc2\xb7 They will be entitled to 2 days off in a week which will be rotating any day\xc2\xb7 Must be willing to work on public holidays as the operation is 24/7Job Types: Full-time, Contract
