Responsibilities

• Plan, Coordinate, supervise all activities related to data analytics which include design, development, and support.
• Explore, Define, and Implement data journey (Descriptive to Diagnostics to Predictive to Prescriptive).
• Interact with business users at all levels of the Organization.
• Define and Manage data warehouse and BI dashboards etc.
• Understand business needs and objectives to develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting.
• Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality.
• Implement both short-term and long-term strategies to achieve the data strategies.
• Explore and keep up to date on latest technology trend and offering in the market and provide recommendation on relevancy to the organization.
• Coach, develop, appraise and planning for BI resources

• Bachelor\'s degree in business analytics, statistics, mathematics or computer science
• Minimum 5 years in analytics and leadership role
• Expert level in Azure data stack (eg. Azure Databricks, Blob Storage, SQL, Synapse, Data Factory etc)
• Expert level in Power BI
• Expert in ETL and data engineering processes
• Strong business acumen, analytics, and good storytelling skill
• Goal oriented and can execute without close supervision.
• Positive mental attitude, high energy, high integrity, strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and commitment to deliver as promised.
• Hands-on experience in manoeuvring and deriving insight from large datasets.
• Experience in with Machine Learnings and Artificial Intelligence is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Ability to manage effectively cross geographical resources.
• Team oriented: strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders.
