Role Overview: As a Big Data Support Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our clients\' big data infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of their data systems. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide expert guidance on optimizing their big data solutions. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for big data systems, including Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka. Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and deploy new features and enhancements. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in big data technologies. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Strong understanding of big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka. Experience with Linux/Unix systems administration and scripting languages such as Python or Shell. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
