Chef De Partie
Job Description
The Chef we are looking for will be responsible in managing a la carte menu orders via Grabfood & Foodpanda.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings.
2. Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality.
3. Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
4. Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.)
5. In charge of ordering of ingredients according to identified shortages.
6. Ensure food stuffs are of a good quality and stored correctly.
7. Enforce strict health and hygiene standards
8. Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
2. Experienced in a Chef de Partie role.
3. Must be able to work on weekends and on public holidays when needed.
4. Familiar with Food Health and Safety Standards.
5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
6. A professional attitude with strong work ethic and communication skills.
7. Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes.
8. Knowledge of best cooking practices.
9. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Location: Kajang, Selangor
Salary Range: RM1,700.00 to RM2,000.00
