Who You Are:

Possess full professional fluency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written). Have at least 12 months of practical involvement in a client support position. Are adept at managing user interactions through modern messaging and ticket-based platforms. Can navigate common productivity suites and switch contexts effectively between various tools. Hold an SPM qualification or equivalent as a minimum.
