Role Description This is a full-time remote Bilingual Website Translator (English to Mandarin) role at Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI). The Bilingual Website Translator (English to Mandarin) will be responsible for translating content including website and marketing materials from English to Mandarin. The role requires perfect fluency in Mandarin and English. We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Website Translator proficient in translating content from English to Mandarin. The ideal candidate will possess excellent language skills and have the ability to accurately convey the meaning and tone of the original content while ensuring cultural relevance for our Mandarin-speaking audience. Optional: Additional skills in web development (React.js), marketing background, design, Web 3, and coding are highly desirable and advantageous but not mandatory. Qualifications: Fluent in Mandarin and English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages A bachelor\'s degree in translation, language, or a related field Minimum 2 years\' experience in translation of website and marketing materials Excellent attention to detail while remaining efficient, thorough, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated knowledge and experience with translation software and tools Understanding of cultural differences and nuances between Mandarin and English language *Experience with Real Estate industry/Marketing/Web Development is a plus* Responsibilities: Translate website content, marketing materials, and other digital assets from English to Mandarin, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness. Proofread and edit translated materials for quality assurance, grammar, and consistency. Work closely with marketing teams to translate promotional materials, campaigns, and advertisements, maintaining the intended message and appeal to the target audience. Extras Additional Skills (is a plus): Optional Skill 1 (Marketing Expertise): Understanding of marketing principles and ability to create culturally resonant marketing translations. Design skills to ensure translated text integrates seamlessly with multimedia elements and visual content. Optional Skill 2 (Web Development Expertise): Knowledge of web development technologies, particularly React, to collaborate effectively with developers and maintain website integrity. Familiarity with Web 3 technologies, blockchain, and decentralized applications (a plus, but not mandatory). Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to comprehend technical context and interactive elements within the website (a plus, but not mandatory).
