Process and issue Sales Order, Delivery Order & Invoices in a timely manner.
Respond to sales personnel inquiries regarding billing issues and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain and update customer records with billing information.
Coordinate between sales, warehouse and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior.
Job Qualification(s):
Minimum SPM/ Diploma level or equivalent with relevant working experience
SPM leavers / fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Detail-oriented, organised and meticulous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
