Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Billing Administrator/Clerk to manage, process, and oversee all billing-related activities for our warehouse logistics and fulfillment operations. This role requires managing the billing process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the finance team with administrative tasks.

• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Candidates must possess at least Diploma

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner
• Oversee and manage customer accounts, ensuring billing data is up-to-date and accurate
• Resolve any billing discrepancies and communicate with clients regarding payment or account issues
• Maintain accurate billing records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments
• Generate billing and financial reports for management review
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and finance, to ensure smooth billing processes
• Assist in developing and improving billing procedures and workflows

Working Hours

• Mon to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Saturday 8.30am to 1.00pm
• Location, Seksyen 19, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
