Billing Analyst

Job Description

This role supports the finance team by managing billing activities, recording payments, resolving basic billing queries, and assisting with month-end closing tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. It's a hands-on position suited for someone looking to strengthen their billing and accounts receivable experience within a fast-paced, multinational environment.

  • Prepare and generate self-billing invoices accurately and on schedule.
  • Support the team in recording incoming payments through the automated accounting system.
  • Assist in handling basic billing inquiries and coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service on billing requirements.
  • Support month-end closing activities where needed.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the Assistant Manager to ensure smooth finance operations.

  • Brings 2-3 years of experience in AR, billing, or finance operations.
  • Has strong Excel skills and is comfortable working with ERP systems (JDE experience is a plus).
  • Shows excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicates well and works effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Is proactive, organised, and able to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy.
