Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Billing / Cashier to join our team. The billing / cashier will be responsible for managing and processing all billing-related tasks, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, and maintaining proper records for financial transactions. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and issue accurate invoices for customers, clients or others. Verify and review billing data, ensuring all charges are correct Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments. Resolve billing discrepancies or disputes with clients or vendors in a timely manner. Prepare and maintain billing reports, ensuring proper documentation for financial audits. Ensure compliance with billing policies, procedures, and regulations. Handle customer inquiries related to billing issues and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements :

Nationality : Malaysian Committed, analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently Good communication and interpersonal skill, meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines A team player with high degree of honesty and integrity Can working in 3-rotational shift
