To handle documents and job files to ensure they are in order for billing.
To do costing and sorting documents accordingly.
Act as a check point in ensuring all documents pertaining to operational matters/ custom clearance are in order for submission and for billing purposes.
Scanning, filing, and ensure documents are retrievable.
Update unbilled status report.
Settling all the dispute invoices and check with operations.
Assisting in preparing the report and presentation for management meetings.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Candidate must possess minimum SPM Certificate or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience (preferably with exposure in Billing, Accounts or Operation)
Only shortlisted candidate will be call for screening and interview.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
