Vacancy: Billing Clerk


Location: Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia

Job Responsibilities:



Prepare, issue, and verify customer invoices in a timely manner.

Ensure billing accuracy by cross-checking shipment or job details against supporting documents.

Handle e-Invoice preparation and submission in compliance with LHDN Malaysia requirements.

Maintain accurate billing and e-Invoice records in the accounting system.

Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the accounts and operations teams.

Handle billing-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Support administrative and clerical tasks related to the billing department.


Requirements:



Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 1 year of working experience in billing, invoicing, or general accounts is preferred.

Familiar with LHDN e-Invoice system or willing to learn.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.

Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

RM 1,700 and above (depending on experience & qualifications)

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
