Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Billing & Documentation Officer

to support our billing, documentation, and customer service operations. This role is suitable for

SPM holders and fresh graduates

, and

immediate joiners will be prioritised

.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and issue accurate invoices; ensure timely billing and follow-up on outstanding payments. Verify and reconcile billing information; maintain complete job files and update records. Organize and maintain documents in both physical and electronic formats. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt assistance. Process orders, forms, and requests while accurately recording customer interactions. Address and escalate customer concerns, ensuring proper follow-up and service recovery. Collaborate with finance, customer service, and sales teams to support smooth operations. Assist with general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:



SPM / Diploma holders or

fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Good communication skills and strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and work well with different departments

Mandarin-speaking

candidates will receive an additional language allowance
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
