Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers based on services/products rendered
Review and verify billing data, including purchase orders, contracts, and other supporting documents
Enter billing information into accounting systems or software
Resolve billing errors and disputes in a timely and professional manner
Generate billing reports and summaries for management review
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth billing processes
Maintain updated records of invoices, payments, and customer information
Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed
Comply with company policies and applicable laws regarding billing and collections

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
