Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for developing and coordinating the BIM model. Prepare 3D BIM models to support the coordination of Architectural, Structural, MEP, and utility services drawings. Perform interference checks to identify design clashes, propose resolutions, and coordinate with site personnel to address issues. Ensure BIM processes comply with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), company standards, and industry best practices. Identify clashes that impact construction sequencing and collaborate with planners/schedulers to support overall project planning. Integrate the 3D BIM model with project schedules and quantities, and assist the Quantity Surveyor with 5D BIM processes during both tender and construction stages. Prepare drive-through simulations for Kompleks Sukan Shah Alam. Produce high-quality construction drawings with minimal supervision.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Certificate in Architecture or related disciplines Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field Knowledgeable in the latest versions of REVIT, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD and other software applications. Location: Stadium Shah Alam Working Hours: Monday - Saturday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
