About You:

• Proficient in the use of Revit/Aecosim and Navisworks/Navigator software
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reviewing Design Issues and Coordinate between all engineering disciplines as well as other offshore BIM resources to resolve issues and ensure delivery
• Familiar with all M&E submission process to Authorities
• Be able to meet project deadlines whilst producing high quality work
• Minimum 8 years\' experience of working on Building projects

Mott MacDonald Malaysia is currently recruiting for a BIM Coordinator (MEP). This role will sit within our Built Environment Sector.

This person will be working on major infrastructure projects and will be responsible for creating and coordinating BIM models, as well as working on implementation plans, project setup, model production, coordination and help establish digital delivery specific workflows for collaborations and data exchange.

We are looking for a suitable candidate to support in the delivery of major Buildings & Transport projects that will help shape the communities in which we live. You will work in a professional international consultancy, working closely with our multidisciplinary engineers and consultant teams.

The role is required to handle:

• Production of M&E Models using Autodesk Revit / Aecosim
• Oversee a team of BIM Modellers for a wide range of projects with varied deliverables
• Check the quality and accuracy of BIM information, ensuring they are in accordance with required standards and levels of detail
• Liaise closely and communicate effectively with design team and modelers
• Familiar with the concept BIM led Design
