- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in BIM.
- Able to converse in English well.
- Experience in industrial projects such as factories, manufacturing plants, data centers, warehouses, or hospitals.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in BIM and CAD software.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Oversee the execution of the project to ensure accuracy and standards, recommending improvements when necessary.
- Coordinate with external parties to ensure progress models are updated.
- Develop and deliver Clash Reports to resolve clashes and ensure alignment with all external parties.
- Develop the BIM execution plan and keep IT updated.
- Chair weekly BIM meetings to review and coordinate progress.
