Key Responsibilities:
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Schedule:
- Accountable for organized, and detail-oriented BIM/ RevitModeler including modelling 3DMEP models and coordination for building projects.
- Perform and report progress on all assigned 3D Revit model tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Preparation of MEP shop drawing and 2D MEP Coordination drawings
- Ensure all drawing protocols adhere to Client\xe2\x80\x99s project BIM Standards
- Manage all related BIM Templates and processes within assigned projects
- Responsible for coordinating and liaison on a regular basis with Client\xe2\x80\x99s BIM personnel
- Responsible for ensuring all design requirements using BIM Software are managed under appropriate database of the Company.
- Responsible for all Revit MEP, BIM, HVAC, Design, MEP coordination, Plumbing, 3D, Revit, MEP, Mechanical, Electrical, fire protection, shop drawing, coordination, building information modelling.
- Coordinate with ELV and Electrical contractors for the cable containment installation.
- Assist in monitoring of ELV installation quality and schedule management
- Coordination between ELV and other trade contractors on installation sequence and coordination issues.
- Site communication and problem solving in relation to installation works.
- Required to participate and represent the Company in any assigned events as instructed by Management.
- Timely identification and compliance to all internal and external risk management aspects related to work performance in line with the Quality Management System of the Company.
- Execute any other related duties assigned to you from time to time by your immediate superior within the category of your employment in the Company.

- Comply with ISO9001 requirements and all existing Quality Policy Health & Safety Policy, Company Vision & Mission, Company Core Values, and other policies which shall be enforced by the Company.
- Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Mechanical Engineering.
- ELV and MEP services management track record on major projects.
- 3 years of experience and technically competent on the following systems: CCTV, Surveillance & Security Systems, Access Control, Back Ground Music, PA systems, Structured Cabling and all associated ELV Systems.
- ELV System interface experience with fit out design.
- Experience in high impact projects in a medium to large scale environment
- Ability to work independently with strong leadership competencies
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Project Management software understanding are basic requirement for this position
- Timely and accurate report generation capabilitie
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Batu Kawan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
