Job Description

Responsibilities:

To prepare and coordinate the development and integration of digital models of the projects using platforms such as Autocad 3D, revit..etc. To ensure full compliance with the company's Digital Information QA/QC standards, project specifications, and Level of Detail (LOD) requirements. To assist in clash detection and issue resolution to maintain model integrity and accuracy. Prepare parametric components, progress reports, and issue logs as required. To upload and maintain all models and documents in the Common Data Environment (CDE) in alignment with project milestones and company protocols. To maintain comprehensive and up-to-date digital models documentation, ensuring model compliance with client LOD and company BIM standards.

Requirements:

A recognized degree holder in Civil Engineering or any related field. Proficiency in Civil 3D, Revit, and other BIM software. Familiarity with BIM standards and QA/QC processes. Have at least 2 year experiences in BIM design/drafting work. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. For Malaysian only. To be based in our Petaling Jaya branch.
