Roles and Responsibilities

Descriptions of Duties:

• Support the Engineering team on one or more projects using your expertise in Building Information Modeling.
• The ability to work in a variety of Railway construction environments including Mass Rapid Transport Stations, Viaducts and Underground Tunnel related projects.
• Produce Models for Electric Train, Platform Screen Door, Signalling Wayside Equipments and Indoor Equipments etc.
• Manage and Coordinate project deliveries/delegated tasks with offshore production team.
• Learn and demonstrate proficiency in software related to BIM
• Learn and Demonstrate proficiency in construction trade knowledge.
• Strive to build strong network connections with project customers.
• Working with our clients during pre\xe2\x80\x90construction phase to build the 3D models, 2D Shop Drawings, As\xe2\x80\x90Built and Submittal drawings
• Be a champion in the advancement of BIM
• Raise RFI / TQ if any queries.
• Implement and monitor the requested changes in BIM Models.
• Provide design support for the stage work and commissioning works
• Update changes from site (Site Change Request)
• Attend internal Design meetings.
• Define and control the quality of external deliverables for engineering and design.
• Responsible for all External Deliverables since Detail Design until As-Built submission.
• Maintain the folder structure in DMS Server.
• Maintain Personal Logbook up to date reviewed

• Signatories of Drawings (Design Column)

Minimum Education, Skills and Experience

Education:

• Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering (With Auto CAD Knowledge)

Skills/Qualifications:

• English language oral and in writing skills
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required

Experience

• 1\xe2\x80\x903 years of experience in BIM detailing work from pre\xe2\x80\x90construction through handoff phase of commercial construction.
• Extensive design knowledge
• Learning knowledge of AutoCAD MEP \xc2\xae, Revit\xc2\xae and Navisworks \xc2\xae.
• Excellent collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to lead and train small teams.
• Proven leadership and teamwork experience
