Key Responsibilities

Develop accurate BIM models using

Autodesk Revit

and other tools. Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams. Perform

clash detection

and resolve design conflicts across disciplines. Generate shop drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models. Update and maintain models per

project BIM standards

and local guidelines (Singapore BIM e-Submission). Support project teams with BIM insights and assist in implementing best practices.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in

Architecture, Civil/Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

(or related).

2-5 years

of BIM modeling experience in Architectural/Structural/MEP/ELV. Proficiency in

Autodesk Revit

and

AutoCAD

. Strong understanding of construction documentation and coordination. Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and BIM Execution Plans. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

Knowledge of clash detection tools and BIM coordination. Familiarity with additional BIM software or certifications in BIM.

Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
