JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as the BIM Revit Modeller where you will be responsible for producing high-quality BIM models and drafting outputs across all project stages, from feasibility to as-built. This includes using tools like Revit, AutoCAD, and others to create 3D and 2D drawings, managing clash detection and resolution with software such as Navisworks and BIM360, and ensuring accurate documentation of critical components for Data Centre facilities. The role also involves creating models and drawings for leasing and marketing purposes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Strong proficiency in Revit 3D modelling and 2D autoCAD, particularly in mechanical disciplines. Experience with clash detection and resolution using Navisworks, as well as other tools like Revizto, and BIM 360, is highly desirable. Ability to accurately document designs within BIM software. Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks. A keen eye for detail. Solid understanding of relevant industry standards.

JOB SCOPE

Responsible for the day-to-day-day planning & implementation of projects. Manage and coordinate BIM standards development, implementation, and quality on all related files & models. Provide CAD drafting/BIM modeling support. Develop BIM plans and understand the scope of work for prefab teams. Demonstrate a strong understanding of construction workflow processes and priorities. Ability to manage multiple ongoing and complex projects while being able to successfully meet therequirements. Troubleshoot any BIM related issues. Manage BIM project benchmarks to meet project deadlines. Contribute to the documentation, dissemination and monitoring of standards, best practices, and industry advancements. Partner with the field and prefab teams to create plans for the implementation of model- based prefabrication

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
