Job Scope

Coordinate and manage BIM projects to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery. Develop and maintain BIM models with up-to-date asset data for project handover. Conduct clash detection and participate in coordination meetings to resolve design issues. Prepare, review, and issue technical drawings in line with project standards. Manage BIM libraries, documentation, and workflows following company guidelines. Collaborate with project teams and clients to achieve design and delivery objectives. Support continuous BIM process improvements and assist in internal training.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline. At least 1 year of experience in CAD/BIM for E&M or Building Services projects. Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Fuzor, ArchiCAD, and BIM360; 5D BIM knowledge is a plus. Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Detail-minded, organized, and proactive with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
