Develop comprehensive BIM 3D Model of LOD 400 and above include Autodesk Construction Cloud and Naviswork (ACC) to ensure precision and detail.
Prepare accurate and detailed shop drawings for submission, ensuring all specifications and standards are met.
Report the progress and development of the design work to project manager at regular interval.
Participate in weekly BIM coordination meetings to collaborate with project teams, resolve issues, and ensure project align according to the plan.
Work closely with project team to ensure successful completion of assignments within a given timeline.
Ensure proper execution or responsibility and work to company's procedures and practices.
Perform additional work related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements: -
Possess a minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or any related field.
Minimum 2-3 years working experience in resolving design and/or technical matters within construction related projects.
Proficient with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Naviswork, BIM Modelling, 3D and 2D drawings.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, good attitude and willing to learn.
Independent, responsible and good communication skills.
