Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Creating and Managing 3D BIM Models. Developing detailed 3D models of M&E systems (mechanical & electrical )using software like Revit. Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and other services to ensure alignment and avoid conflicts. Generate accurate shop drawings, schedules, and related documentation from BIM models for construction use. Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues effectively. Ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project-specific modelling standards. Conduct quality checks on models and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency. Participate in site coordination meetings and conduct inspections as needed. Keep up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies, tools, and industry best practices.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in BIM modelling for M&E systems. Proficiency in Revit is a must; knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar software is an added advantage. Strong understanding of M&E systems and coordination with other building disciplines. Experience in generating shop drawings and construction documentation. Familiarity with clash detection processes and resolution techniques. Ability to interpret and follow BIM Execution Plans and project standards. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Willingness to attend site meetings and carry out site coordination when required. Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
