Job Description
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in BIM modelling (fresh graduates with strong Revit/AutoCAD MEP skills may be considered).
- Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, and familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection.
- Understanding of construction drawings, MEP systems, and coordination requirements.
- Good attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work within deadlines.
- Team-oriented, with willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Job description:
The Junior BIM Modeller (MEP) is responsible for developing and maintaining 3D BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. The role supports project delivery by ensuring models are accurate, coordinated, and compliant with project standards. This position works under the guidance of BIM Coordinators, Engineers, and BIM Leads.
Key Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of BIM processes and modelling techniques.
- Familiarity with industry standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192, or project-specific BIM standards).
- Ability to follow instructions and escalate issues where necessary.
- Commitment to accuracy, discipline, and continuous improvement.
