Job Description

Develop, manage, and update 3D architectural BIM models for modular building projects. Coordinate architectural models with structural, M&E, and other disciplines to ensure design integration. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction documents using BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks). Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project requirements, and industry best practices. Support the development of modular design strategies, ensuring constructability and efficiency. Conduct clash detection, resolve coordination issues, and produce reports for project stakeholders. Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate exchange of BIM data. Provide technical support and training to the project team on BIM processes and software. Assist in preparing BIM execution plans, workflows, and documentation for architectural projects. Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes within the organization. Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Project Lead.
