Job Summary

Oversee BIM Management - Co-ordination with the client, ensuring quality & delivering projects design at various stages as per client's satisfaction. Regularly interact with the clients to resolve issues, Identifying the needs & area of work in details. Mobilise BIM manpower based on project resources ranging from Residential, Commercial and International Projects. Support Team for preparation of 3D Model using Revit Architecture & Interior Design programs. Ensuring quality of work is implemented accordance to BIM and construction standards. R.F.I :Requesting clarifications regarding any missing/contradictory inputs and also maintaining a register update on the same. Trouble shoot & problem solving with the modeller working with BIM Designs. Train, guide & coaching new employees to enhance their performance.

Requirements

Cert/Diploma or Bac in Architecture, Construction or Interior Design Familiar with Revit Autodesk & 3 D modelling 2-3 years experience work as BIM Modeller Based at Kajang. Can start immediately
