Job Description

• Minimum 5 years working experience in Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry with experience in technical design, site supervision and management of construction sites
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture/Mechanical Engineering/Civil & Structure Engineering/Construction Technology or Construction Management.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Civil 3D, Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Navisworks Manage and Autodesk Construction Cloud

• The position is to report directly to General Manager
• Lead a team of BIM Coordinators and Modellers and providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
• Lead the implementation of BIM processes and technologies within the company and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Develop, maintain and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to ensure consistency and quality delivery for all projects.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration among internal and external project teams by setting up BIM coordination meetings
• Establish and maintain quality control processes to review and validate BIM models accuracy, completeness and compliance with project requirements
• Continuously evaluate and refine BIM processes, workflows and standards to improve efficiency, quality and effectiveness
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with BIM implementation, including document management workflow, data security, interoperability issues and training gaps
• Lead and provide consultation on BIM adoption strategy as part of customers\' change management program

• Salary range between RM7,000 to RM9,000/month
