Job Description

1. Daily Operations

Lead and manage day-to-day operation of the outlet.

2. Staff Management

Supervise, guide, and motivate outlet team members to achieve performance targets. Conduct on-the-job training and refreshers for new and existing staff. Ensure proper grooming and discipline among team members.

3. Customer Service

Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements when necessary.

4. Sales & Inventory Control

Monitor daily sales and report performance to management. Conduct stock counts, record discrepancies, and submit reports accordingly. Ensure proper cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.

5. Quality & Hygiene

Ensure food presentation and taste meet company standards. Enforce hygiene, health, and safety regulations (including food handling SOPs). Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the outlet before opening and during service hours.

6. Reporting & Coordination

Proficient in POS and reporting system. Prepare daily sales, manpower, and operational reports. Communicate any issues, equipment breakdowns, or operational challenges to management. Coordinate staff schedules, break times, and shift rotations.

Requirements

Diploma in F&B Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)*.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in F&B. Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Positive attitude and passion for customer service.
